1、 Core design pain point: "invisible killer" in food delivery transportation

In the delivery process of takeout, french fry boxes often face three pressures: vertical vibration caused by vehicle bumps, horizontal compression caused by stacking of express bags, and accidental collisions during the picking and placing process. Traditional paper boxes, due to their thin structure and insufficient support, are prone to problems such as box collapse, corner deformation, and cracked seals, which not only affect the eating experience but may also cause french fries to spill.

2、 Three core designs for compressive reinforcement

Stereoscopic support structure: creating a "compressive strength skeleton"

The box body adopts a composite structure of "double-layer corrugated+honeycomb core", with an outer layer made of 2.5mm thick corrugated paper and an inner layer embedded with honeycomb cushioning core. The compressive strength is increased by three times without adding too much weight. The bottom of the box is designed with a "cross shaped reinforcing rib", which disperses the bottom pressure through a raised pattern formed in one piece. Even if 3-5 identical boxes are stacked, they are not easily deformed; Add "folding reinforcement edges" around the box body to form a closed support ring after folding, effectively resisting lateral compression.

Optimization of Loss Prevention Details: Blocking 'Weak Vulnerabilities'

The sealing area adopts a "double locking buckle+tape reinforcement zone" design, with the locking buckle depth increased to 1.5cm, matched with the reserved tape pasting position, to avoid the sealing from loosening during transportation; An "elastic buffer pad" is added to the inside of the box cover, made of food grade EVA material, which not only does not come into contact with food, but also buffers the top pressure to prevent the French fries from being crushed; Reserved anti slip grooves on both sides of the box body facilitate delivery personnel to grab and reduce the probability of accidental drops.

Lightweight Material Selection: Balancing Protection and Portability

The overall selection of food grade waterproof and moisture-proof corrugated paper is covered with PE oil resistant coating on the surface, which not only ensures safety but also resists the erosion of water vapor inside the takeaway bag, avoiding the paper box from becoming soft and ineffective. The total weight of the materials is controlled within 30g, which is only 5g more than traditional French fry boxes, without adding additional delivery burden and reducing packaging costs.

3、 Actual test effect: able to withstand the test of delivery

After simulating takeout transportation tests, the reinforced french fry box showed no collapse or cracking of the box body and seal during continuous 20 minute shaking, 5kg weight stacking, and 1.5-meter drop tests. The integrity of the french fries remained above 95%, completely solving the pain points of traditional french fry boxes that break and collapse when dropped or pressed, allowing consumers to receive every order of french fries in good condition.
